Apartment Franciska 3 is a newly renovated, very well maintained apartment. You will especially enjoy the great panoramic view of the sea and the old town of Vrbnik from the big roof terrace! The location of the apartment will delight you - it is located in a quiet street and at the same time very close to the beach. The city centre is also within walking distance.
The apartment is big enough for 2 or 3 people with a double room and a sofa bed in the living room.
Living/dining room and kitchen are a room with a dining table and seating for all persons and with an exit to the terrace in front of the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The apartment has 1 bathroom with a toilet and shower. A hairdryer is also available.

For fixed confirmed reservations for accommodation units, the date on which the written cancellation is received represents the basis of the calculation of costs as follows:
*for a canceled reservation up to 15 days prior to the beginning of the service

- 50% of the total amount of the reservation
*for a canceled reservation 7 to 2 days prior to the beginning of the service
- 70% of the total amount of the reservation
*for a canceled reservation 1 day prior to the beginning of the service, during the reservation or failure of the Guest to show up at the reserved accommodation unit - 100% of the total amount of the reservation
