The charming country house is located in a panoramic location at 600 meters above sea level in a medieval mountain village. It is surrounded by chestnut forests and offers a fantastic view of the mountain peaks of the Apennines.
The medieval villa was restored and modernized a few years ago with great care and attention to detail, while maintaining the ambience of the traditional Tuscan farmhouse.
The holiday home is very suitable for weddings and other celebrations for 14 (inside) or 20 (outside) people.

Interior:
The magical property offers 350 m² of space in 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, with 3 living areas, 1 kitchen and 1 dining room. The rooms are spread over 3 floors. A shady terrace at the house invites you to eat outside.
On the ground floor the floors are traditional stone and the ceilings still have the original chestnut beams.
There is a large living room with a fireplace and a small table for 4 people, adjacent to the dining room with space for a maximum of 12 people, a bathroom with shower, a utility room with a washing machine and the comfortably equipped kitchen.
On the 1st floor you come to a large open room with a fireplace, there is also a second very spacious living room with a fireplace, a double room, a bathroom with shower, a suite with a double room, private bathroom with shower and anteroom or a small children's room .
On this level, the spacious terrace with table and chairs provides a fantastic view of the surrounding landscape and the garden with the pool. From here the stone stairs lead directly into the garden.
On the 2nd floor there is a double room with a bathroom en suite, a triple room with 3 single beds and also a bathroom en suite, a twin room, a double room and another bathroom.
All bathrooms are equipped with showers.
A wooden staircase leads to the large terrace, which is reminiscent of a tower; chairs, wooden benches and a deck chair invite you to enjoy the wonderful surroundings.
Outdoor area:
The pool area (9 x 4 m; 1.40 m deep) with whirlpool jets, an outdoor shower and sun loungers is located in the well-kept fenced garden.
There are shady places to relax and unwind everywhere in the garden.
At the old stone table, guests can enjoy their meals prepared on the charcoal grill.
The pool lighting at night creates a cozy atmosphere.
You book the holiday home, the garden and the pool completely alone. There are no other people living on the fenced property.

The holiday home is located in the middle of Garfagnana and is located in the small medieval village of Sillicano, surrounded by lush vegetation, very close to the well-known Natural Park of the Apuan Alps.
Garfagnana is a lush green natural landscape in the northwest of Tuscany, in the province of Lucca.
Here, guests can go on long cycling, hiking and trekking tours on the numerous green paths or visit the picturesque and charming villages in the area.
The holiday home is also an ideal starting point for day trips to the well-known Tuscan art and culture cities in the area such as Florence, Pistoia and Pisa.
The nearby historic town of Lucca is only a few kilometers away and the beaches of Forte Dei Marmi or Viareggio are not far away either.
The nearest larger town, Castelnuovo di Garfagnana, is 8 km away. Here you will find all kinds of shops, bars and restaurants, post office and banks.
There are also a number of sporting activities all around: horse rides, golf, tennis, fishing in the river, rafting and canoeing or a visit to the thermal baths are just a small selection of options.
