Cancellation policy
When booking a holiday home (such as a holiday bungalow, mobile home, apartment, etc.):
- For cancellations up to 42 days before the arrival date: 30% of the rental fee;
- For cancellations from the 42nd day (inclusive) to the 28th day before the arrival date: 60% of the rental fee;
- For cancellations from the 28th day (inclusive) until the arrival date: 90% of the rental fee;
- For cancellations on the arrival date or later: the full rental fee. Cancellation costs will not exceed the travel sum.

This detached holiday home for 8 people is located on the edge of the seaside resort De Koog. The holiday home is within walking distance to the beach and the center of De Koog.
Enjoy the peace, privacy, and comfort. It has a spacious garden with its own parking space.

Großes Haus mit großem Garten, rundherum eingezäunt. Besonders geeignet für Hundebesitzer, da das Tier dort frei laufen kann, ohne ständig beaufsichtigt zu werden. Küche mit allem ausgerüstet, was man gern hätte, allerdings ohne Küchenhandtücher, die auch im zugebuchten Handtuchpaket nicht enthalten sind. Garten mehr oder weniger blickdicht bewachsen, günstig nach Besuch der sehr guten Klafssauna im unteren Bad. Sehr schöner Strand, ebenso wie Ort mit vielen Gaststätten zu Fuß gut zuerreichen. Betten müßten dringend überprüft werden, einige sind zu sehr durchgelegen und dadurch extrem weich. Hervorragend waren die Kontakte mit den Mitarbeitern von Kobeko. Bei Anfragen und auch Buchungsänderungen erhielt ich jeweils sofort meist von Herrn Ipenburg eine zufriedenstellende Antwort.
