Es handelt sich um eine modern eingerichtete Wohnung, mit einem wunderschönen Blick in die Natur im Wohnzimmer.
Aus dem Fitnessraum ist zwar nichts zu hören, aus dem angrenzenden Wohnraum jedoch ein wenig.
Die Küche ist etwas dunkel, da es keine Fenster gibt und das vorhandene Licht nicht ausreichend auf die Spülen fokussiert wird. Für zusätzliches Licht könnte ein LED-Streifen unter dem Wandregal eine Lösung sein.
Die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig, das Bett im mittleren Zimmer müsste ausgetauscht werden, daher die angemessene Bewertung.
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, auch die Sanitäranlagen. Das Reinigungsteam hat hier einen Fehler gemacht, dies wurde in einem 3-sprachigen Hinweis deutlich darauf hingewiesen. Die zusätzliche Toilette hatte einen leichten Geruch. Vielleicht lässt sich das durch den Einsatz eines Lufterfrischers beseitigen.
Der Vermieter konnte bei der Ankunft nicht anwesend sein, sodass wir nicht wirklich wussten, wohin wir gehen sollten oder ob wir einfach hineingehen könnten. Dies wurde per SMS vereinbart und der Vermieter kam am nächsten Tag vorbei, um alles in puncto Papierkram zu regeln.
