Our holiday home Villa Panoramica, with its beautiful Mediterranean flair, is situated on a gentle slope within a private park-like property of about 2000 sqm, offering a wonderful view of the sea. The beach and the resort town of San Pietro in Bevagna are approximately 1.4 km away. The villa, with its simple and elegant Apulian style, accommodates 2-6 people and features:
3 bedrooms (each with the possibility of an extra bed), a living room, kitchen, dining room, and a bathroom with a shower. From the living room and two of the bedrooms, there is direct access to the terraces with a breathtaking view of the sea.
The third bedroom is located in a separate apartment for two people with its own shower room, where one can enjoy absolute privacy.

San Pietro is a typical southern Italian seaside resort with cafes, restaurants, and pizzerias. The nearby provincial town of Manduria offers excellent shopping opportunities, a historic old town, and small restaurants with typical Apulian cuisine and regional wines.
The region by the Ionian Sea has preserved its rural charm. The beautiful beach of San Pietro in Bevagna, as well as the magnificent dune beaches, can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. There are no tour operators yet, so the coasts of the Ionian Sea are still free and undeveloped.
Worthwhile excursion destinations such as Lecce, Gallipolli, Alberobello (Trulli), Taranto, the famous ceramic city of Grottaglie, Fasano with the largest safari park in Europe, and much more can be comfortably reached on day trips.
The villa is located on the edge of the small seaside town of San Pietro in Bevagna, adjacent to a nature reserve. The location is conveniently situated, with San Pietro, known for its beautiful dune beaches and good shopping opportunities, just a 2-minute drive away via the access road.
The morning rolls for breakfast and small shopping trips can be done quickly (about 700 meters). There is no mass tourism yet. Instead, there are beautiful free dune beaches that slope gently into the sea, making them also suitable for children.
By car:
Highway: Freiburg - Basel - St. Gotthard Tunnel - Chiasso (Italian border) - Milano - Bologna - Ancona - Pescara - Bari - Taranto -
The motorway ends at Massafra. Continue on the well-developed road (SS 7 ter) towards Taranto. (Do not drive into the city of Taranto)
After about 16.6 km, take the Grottaglie exit towards Brindisi.
After about 5 km, take the S. Giorgio exit and head towards Lecce.
In Manduria, turn towards S. Pietro, keep straight until you reach the old church in S. Pietro.
By plane:
Low-cost flights from many German airports to Bari and Brindisi are available, from Brindisi it's about 42 km to San Pietro in Bevagna.

You are welcome to direct your booking to us by phone, or alternatively via email. The contract is concluded as soon as the booking has been confirmed in writing by both parties.
If Villa Panoramica cannot be taken over on the agreed day or if an earlier departure is necessary on your part, the entire rental price remains due.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of the booked stay by the tenant, the following cancellation conditions apply:
60% of the rental price up to 31 days before the start of the rental
90% of the rental price up to 30 days before the start of the rental and below
If the tenant finds another equivalent, full-paying subtenant for the same period, the cancellation fee is reduced to 10%.
Taking out travel cancellation insurance is recommended.
Duties as a Tenant
As our guests, you are expected to treat the rental property, its inventory, and the grounds with care and keep them clean. During your stay, you are responsible for cleaning Villa Panoramica yourself. Of course, you can also book additional services.
The rental property may only be occupied by the number of persons booked or registered with us.
