Lage top, Wohnung geht besser

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage in direkter Strand nähe. Nachts hört man die Wellen rauschen. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet aber leider fehlten ein paar Sachen. Ein Fön gehört für mich zur Grundausstattung, genauso ein Tisch und Sonnenschirm bei den Gartenmöbeln. Auch eine Infobroschüre für Mülltrennung, Waschmaschine und Gegebenheiten in dem Haus oder alltägliche Dinge wie Restaurants, Ausflugsziel usw. gibt es leider nicht.
Die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Kaffeeflecken und Fettspritzer an Küchenschränken und ein sehr staubiges Bad machten nicht gerade den besten Eindruck. Auch das bestellte Wäschepakete nicht in der Wohnung lagen sondern beim Vermieterbüro mitgenommen werden musste fand ich etwas umständlich. Der Fahrradkeller war nicht zu benutzen, da voll mit kaputten Fahrrädern.

Es tut uns sehr leid, dass der Reinigungszustand bei Anreise nicht dem gewünschten Standard entsprach. Auch wenn das natürlich nicht so sein soll, ist es immer möglich, dass etwas übersehen wurde – bitte geben Sie uns in solchen Fällen umgehend Bescheid, dann können wir eine Nachreinigung auf den Weg bringen.

Ihre Anregungen zur Ausstattung der Wohnung geben wir gern an die Eigentümer weiter.

Auch Ihr Hinweis zu den Fahrrädern haben wir bereits an die entsprechende Stelle weitergeleitet. Das Problem mit den alten Fahrrädern ist leider nicht neu, die sammeln sich immer wieder an. Dem ist nur eingeschränkt beizukommen, da weder wir noch die Hausverwaltung das Eigentum anderer einfach entfernen dürfen. Es wird sich um eine Lösung bemüht.

Wir hoffen dennoch, dass Sie Ihre Tage an der Ostsee genießen konnten und bedanken uns für Ihr Feedback.
