This tranquil oasis stretches out over an area of 150 square metres, allowing up to 4 people and 1 toddler to leave the troubles of everyday life behind. The 30-square-metre covered terrace offers fantastic views out across the palms and down to the sea. If it gets too warm for you, simply jump in the pool (5 x 8 m).
You'll find everything you need for self-catering in our kitchen. A drinking water filter system is also provided.
Both bedrooms with private bathrooms are furnished with handmade Thai-style wooden furniture. The king-size double beds were carved by hand.
Our staff change the bed linen twice a week. The bedrooms provide direct access to the terrace and the pool.

Should the tenant want to cancel their rental contract, the owner can demand compensation for the travel arrangements made and the costs incurred. Up to the 60th day before the start of the rental period, compensation will be payable in the amount of 25% of the deposit. Up to the 30th day before the start of the rental period, 50% of the total rental price will be charged. 3. In case of an early departure, the lessee is obliged to pay the rental fee in full.
Cancellation must be submitted in writing. The day of receipt of the declaration by the landlord is authoritative.

We are an old but lively couple born in 1948 and 1953, respectively. You're in good hands when you stay with us and don't need to worry about any kind of trickery or anything else. We bought the plot of land in 1999. The wonderfully beautiful location and the dreamy views were two of the main reasons why we chose to build our house on this precise spot. Previously, we had always rented a holiday home for our vacations and were always frustrated that almost none of the proper amenities were in place, not even a dishcloth. That's why we decided to build our own holiday home and furnish it in such a way that our guests would not have to suffer the same frustrations. All the amenities that we enjoy are also made available to our guests.
