This magnificent finca has a plot size of 7000 sqm and a living area of 180 sqm, offering ample space for six people and 2 babies to relax. On the ground floor is the large and fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. The equally lovingly furnished living room with satellite TV and internet access adjoins it. From here, you have direct access to the covered and furnished terrace (dining table and a comfortable lounge seating group). Spread over two floors are the three bright double bedrooms and two bathrooms. These each have a bathtub as well as separate, walk-in showers, WC, and hairdryer. Something quite special is the large and beautifully landscaped outdoor area, which also includes the 10 m x 5 m pool with step entry fitting harmoniously. The beautiful natural stone finca is located in a rural, hilly, and peaceful environment approximately 1.5 km from the town of Arta. Arta offers numerous shopping opportunities, cafes, bars, an internet cafe, and good restaurants. Every Tuesday, there is a colorful weekly market. In the nearby area, there are three beautiful 18-hole (Capdepera, Canyamel, Pula) and one 9-hole golf course (Son Servera), as well as the most beautiful beaches of the northeast, such as Cala Agulla.
It's about a 60-minute drive from the airport to the Finca.
