Two double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, bidet, big and spacious dining- and livingroom with fireplace, sofa bed (with room for two), patio around the house. Fenced property, biological pond, panoramic view from the hill, parking spot on the property.
The vacation appartment offers a great vacation for two or even for the whole family. The appartment is located right in the nature and only 15 minutes from the sea.
Dogs are welcome on request. The property is fenced.
The vacation appartment "Tre Querce" three oaks is a modern, fully equipped cottage which is flooded with light due to the many french doors. It is located on top of a hill with beautiful view of the island of Elba, Montecristo, Capraia and Corsica.
The property is an olivefarm, with 4,5 hectar of olive grove (approx. 700 trees) right in the nature park "Montioni".
The valuable historical olive species are farmed on a biological basis and are harvested gently by hands. In the oil-mill they are pressed extra cold to become extra virgin olive oil.
There is also the house of the owner on the property and a horse stable where the horses Nando and Rainbow live. Additionally, there are lots of cats, chicken, the Irish wolfhound Usil and the hound Phoebe.
Back in the days the cottage belonged to the close Castello di san Lorenzo (San Lorenzo's Castle) , an old castle from the middle ages -which is now a private property.
During restorations, an old etruscan grave was found in the courtyard of the castle.
"Tre Querce" has patios all around the house which offer a great time to relax and enjoy.

Within a circumference of 15km there can be found horse stables, sailing and diving-schools, golf courses, as well as hiking and biking trails.
The cottage is located at the etruscan coast and is only 12km from the sea within the green hills of the national park "Montioni".
There is a bar an a little store in the little village of San Lorenzo which is only 2km away, .
The small village of Suvereto is approx. 7km away and is a nice medieval village with restaurants, a pharmacy and small stores.
Venturina and Follonica are the next bigger villages with grocery stores etc.
Some of the beautiful beaches have restaurants, sunloungers etc., whereas some beaches preserve their natural characteristics with sand, fine grit or rocks. There is a perfect beach for everyone.
The beautiful city of Populonia, on top of the hill, offers an amazing view of the islands and beaches of Corsica and Capraia up to San Vincenzo and Cecina. Additionally, the medieval city offers a lot of culture, excavations of the etruscan city, etruscan steel works and remains of the old harbour as well as museums. It's also worth a visit due to the great natural beach of "Golfo di Barratti".
