Should you be unable to start your holiday in our vacation home due to unforeseen circumstances, the following cancellation conditions apply:
You can cancel your booking up to 14 days before the rental start date free of charge, and you will be fully refunded any deposit made. The cancellation can be made informally via email.
If you cancel the booking less than 14 days before the rental start date, we will charge a 20% cancellation fee, which will be offset against your deposit.

Holiday destination
The Vogesenquelle is located in the Munster Valley above the small village of Soultzeren, nestled directly in nature, surrounded by meadows and forests. The holiday home is easily accessible and yet away from any traffic. The Vogesenquelle is an ideal starting point for hikes into the high Vosges and the small medieval wine villages of Alsace can be reached within a few minutes by car. Whether alpine skiing or cross-country skiing, the large ski areas of the Southern Vosges are also in close proximity.
Getting there
The Vogesenquelle is located in the small part of the Munster Valley, about 20 km from Colmar. In Colmar, you leave the A35 motorway and head towards Munster, which is well signposted, just like Colmar. Once in Munster, follow the D417 towards Col de la Schlucht / Gerardmer. You will pass through the town of Stosswihr and then the small town of Soultzeren. The holiday home is situated 5 minutes above Soultzeren, near the pass road.

Host informationAfter falling in love with this unique mountain range and its friendly people during a one-week circular hike in 2007, my wife and I decided to look for a place of peace and relaxation for ourselves in this wonderful spot. We found it and it gives us great joy to share this place with you!

Herbstzeit ist für unsere Familie ( 4 Erwachsene + Ari der Hund ) immer Wanderzeit und am besten durch Weinberge, Wald und Wiesen in nettem Wohnambiente : und das hatten wir in der "Vogesenquelle" auf jeden Fall !
Auch wenn das Wetter zu Anfang nicht sehr freundlich war, haben wir die Abende im Chalet (t.w. mit Kamin) mit leckerem Essen aus dem Munstertal ( Wein, Käse, Wurst, Obst und Wein ) sehr genossen.
Die Betreuung durch Herrn Bieg war ausnahmslos toll; auch als unsere Zufahrt zum Haus (spontan) in eine Baustelle verwandelt wurde. Unser Vermieter hat sich sofort gemeldet und gekümmert.
Abwicklung der Reservierung, Bestätigung, Schlüsselübergabe und Rückzahlung der Kaution OHNE Probleme ! So wünscht man sich das. WIR KOMMEN WIEDER !

Wir, 6 Freunde, waren begeistert von der Vogesenquelle:
tolles Ambiente mit dem Kamin, sehr sauber, super gute Ausstattung der Küche, wunderbarer Blick ins Tal, Ruhe nur das entspannende Rauschen des Baches, interessante Wanderungen auch mit Schirm und eine schnelle, unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Herrn Bieg. Alles hat gestimmt!
