The 60m² holiday home welcomes you in its spacious living/dining room, equipped with a comfortable seating area and large dining table.
In the separate kitchen you have plenty of space to cook larger meals. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas hob, electric oven, large fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all the usual cooking utensils.
There is also a quiet bedroom with a double bed (200 x 160 cm), a children's room with two beds and a shower room with WC.
The terrace with garden furniture faces east. There is a parking space inside the fenced property directly in front of the holiday accommodation.
However, our complex is not suitable for families with small children as the pool is deeper than 120 cm throughout and there is an unsecured garden pond on the property.
Surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, the holiday home with direct access to the pool is located on the part of our 1.4 ha (14000m²) property facing away from the road. From the park-like property you have a marvellous view of the nearby Alpilles chain and Les Beaux de Provence.
As we only have three holiday units on our very spacious estate, you will find peace and relaxation even during the high season.

The property is located 5 kilometres east of the ancient city of Arles, between the Crau plain and the Camargue.
Although in a quiet location in the countryside, it is only a few minutes from the centre of Arles and all shopping facilities.
shopping facilities. Thanks to its central location, the sights of Provence can be reached in a short time. Whether it's a trip to the Camargue to see the grazing bulls and horses or a visit to the beaches of Les Saintes Maries de la Mer, you won't be travelling for much more than half an hour.
Even closer are the mountains of the Alpilles with romantic villages such as St Rémy de Provence or Mausanne, where you can buy the best olive oil in France. Of course, a day trip to nearby Avignon or Aix-en-Provence is also a good idea, not forgetting a visit to the numerous weekly markets that are held once or twice a week.
Or simply explore Arles with its romantic old town, the arena from Roman times and many other ancient monuments.

In the event of cancellation of the rental contract, the statutory provisions of tenancy law apply. This means that if you are unable to start your stay and neither we nor you can find a replacement tenant, we would have to ask you to pay 90% of the rent. We therefore strongly recommend that our guests take out travel insurance.
