The house is located in a complex (Village de Campagne) on a hill on the gulf of Saint Tropez. From the southern facing balcony you have a view over the garden into the bordering cork oak forest.
In the home there is a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200), bath with tub, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with sleeper sofa for 2 people (2 mattresses 80 x 200) and a large loggia. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator with freezer, 4 plate ceramic hob with extractor, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. Dishes, pots and cutlery are all ready to go. In the living room there is a 32" TV and a small stereo system. There is garden furniture on the balcony and in the loggia.
The resort has three pools as well as a free tennis court. One pool is located in the middle of the resort, the other pools are reached via a footpath and offer a broad view of the gulf of St. Tropez.

Toward St. Tropez there is an annual fair in the summer with rides and various stalls. There is a mini golf course and a carting track at Grimaud. The Aqualand water park is in Sainte Maxime.
The complex is in a central location on the gulf of St. Tropez between Ste. Maxime and St. Tropez with its famous beaches. The nearby beaches of Port Cogdin and Port Grimaud are perfect for bathing. On Tuesdays and Saturdays there is a market on the Place de Lices. The port is the place to see and be seen. There are lovely boutiques in the old town. The villages of Grimaud, Port Grimaud, Gassin and Ramatuelle are worth a trip. There are many vineyards open to visitors. Day trips include Cannes, Nice or Monaco.
Exit the motorway A8 at exit 36 (St. Tropez) and follow the D25 to Sainte Maxime. There follow the coast road D559 for about 8 km in the direction of Saint Tropez. Then follow the N98 about 750m toward Cogolin. At the roundabout, take the third exit (Font Mourier) and immediately turn right to follow the street up the hill. The Village de Campagne is signposted from there.
After passing the gate at the foot of the hill, take the first branch of the road to the right and then the next right again. Follow the street to the Village de Campagne. Drive further until the road forks. Then take a left up the hill. The house is in the curve to the right.
