Cancellation policy
Should the tenant withdraw (cancel) from the rental agreement without having found another tenant who enters into the agree with the same conditions, the following amounts shall be payable for compensation: - Up to 49 days prior to the commencement of the rental period: 10 % of the rental price - Up to 35 days prior to the commencement of the rental period: 50 % of the rental price - in all other cases 100 % of the rental price shall be payable. At the same time, the lessor will try to find a substitute lessee. Should the tenant depart early, they shall still be obligated to pay the full rental price.

In a pine forest, immediately adjacent to the stunning dune landscape is Ferienhaus Strandkiefer, which is only approx. 80m away from the Baltic Sea. You will find pure tranquility and relaxation in this nature reserve. Strandpark Baabe is a 5-minute walk away from the Baltic Sea spa of Baabe and a 30-minute walk from Göhren. From the beach park you can take the Baaber Bimmelbahn to the centre of the village and on to the jetty / yacht harbour. The beautifully planned street along the beach is line with cafes, restaurants, and small shops. This street leads from the beach to the train station of the "Rasende Roland", the oldest narrow-gauge railway in Germany. This historic steam train allows you to go on day trips to the Baltic Sea spas of Göhren, Sellin, Binz or Puttbus. There is a health centre in the village with massages and wellness options on offer. You can also have spa treatments here. The tourist information on the other end of the beach street has lots of information on sporting and leisure activities.

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen mit unseren drei Kindern im Ferienhaus Strandkiefer verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist ein Traum, nur einpaar Schritte und man ist schon am Strand. Abends auf der Terrasse haben wir das Meer rauschen gehört, einfach wunderschön. Der Strandkorb am Strand war ein absolutes Highlight das ich am liebsten mit einem Buch aus dem sehr gut sortierten Bücherregal genossen habe. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet ( mein Mann war von dem Messerblock in der Küche sehr begeistert ) und sehr gemütlich mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es sind Gesellschaftsspiele vorhanden, die von unseren Kindern auch gerne genutzt wurden. Liebe Familie Rust, wir freuen uns schon sehr auf unseren nächsten Urlaub im Ferienhaus Strandkiefer.
