Der Vermieter ist super freundlich und für Fragen sehr gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist einfach Klasse. Es gibt überall etwas zu entdecken. Im Bad gibt es Fußbodenheizung. Sky Fime für abends zum gemütlichen Fernsehfilm Abend ist kein Problem.
Die Wohnung ist sauber und im Winter zusätzlich beheizbare durch einen Pelletsofen. Nach Wismar ist in 15 Min in die Innenstadt zu laufen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und empfehle es gerne selbstverständlich weiter.

Der Aufenthalt war gut. Wir waren viel unterwegs . Wismar ist toll auch die Umgebung hat viel zu bieten. Die Unterkunft , Am Kagenmarkt 22, war nicht so toll. Wenn man so tolle Dekoration überall hat, muss man diese auch pflegen und sauber halten. Wir haben erst einmal viele, viele Spinnweben in der ganzen Wohnung beseitigen müssen. Es war schon vom Wetter her kühl und wir konnten abends nicht mal heizen. Nach Anrufen beim Vermieter stand am 4. Tag ein Sack Heizmaterial da. Das Bad blieb die ganzen 14 Tage kalt. Unangenehm beim Duschen . Ein toller Wintergarten, mit Billardtisch und Spielgeräte, konnte nicht genutzt werden . Es regnete an mehreren Stellen rein und dementsprechend sah alles etwas unschön aus. Die Möbel allgemein in der Wohnung waren zwar alt wurden aber nicht gut behandelt, die Betten waren nicht bequem. Die Elektrik überall katastrophal und abenteuerlich verlegt. Die moderne Technik mit Alexa und Co. konnte den etwas getrübten Aufenthalt in der Wohnung nicht wirklich wettmachen. Wir haben die Wohnung sauberer verlassen als wir sie bezogen haben. Den Vermieter, eigentlich ein netter Mann, haben wir, außer am 1. Tag, leider nicht mehr gesehen. Wir hätten das alles gern persönlich gesagt.
