Villa Noot features 3 separate bedrooms, one on the ground floor with its own bathroom. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor. There is also a second bathroom with a shower and toilet. The holiday home has 4 single beds and one double bed.
On the ground floor, there is a lovely spacious and bright living room with a sofa, satellite flat-screen TV, and a stereo system. Between the kitchen and living room, there is a large dining table. At the front of the holiday home is the spacious kitchen with all the comforts. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and refrigerator with a large freezer compartment.

The house is very child-friendly and has a horse-friendly location. The holiday home is situated near the riding school "Manege Noot" and has a completely fenced garden. A perfect place for your holiday with horses, dogs, and children. The house offers all the amenities you need to make your holiday a success. You can pick up the keys in Callantsoog at Dorpsplein 3b, at the LekkerNaarZee office.

We recommend that you take out a valid travel and cancellation insurance policy, as well as liability insurance. Any risks and costs associated with cancellation will be borne by the renter.
Cancellation of the trip is possible at any time. However, a booking cancellation must be made in writing. The booking fee and the following cancellation fees are then due:
- Up to 91 days before the start of the trip: 20% of the rental price
- From the 90th day to the 61st day before the start of the trip 50% of the rental price
- From the 60th day to the 31st day before the start of the trip 75% of the rental price
- From the 30th day to the 14th day before the start of the trip 90% of the rental price
- Less than 14 days before the start of the trip, or in case of no-show: the entire rental price
