Cancellation policy
We recommend that you take out a valid travel and cancellation insurance policy, as well as liability insurance. Any risks and costs associated with cancellation will be borne by the renter.
Cancellation of the trip is possible at any time. However, a booking cancellation must be made in writing. The booking fee and the following cancellation fees are then due:
- Up to 91 days before the start of the trip: 20% of the rental price
- From the 90th day to the 61st day before the start of the trip 50% of the rental price
- From the 60th day to the 31st day before the start of the trip 75% of the rental price
- From the 30th day to the 14th day before the start of the trip 90% of the rental price
- Less than 14 days before the start of the trip, or in case of no-show: the entire rental price

The house is very child-friendly and has a horse-friendly location. The holiday home is situated near the riding school "Manege Noot" and has a completely fenced garden. A perfect place for your holiday with horses, dogs, and children. The house offers all the amenities you need to make your holiday a success. Das Haus war sicher mal schön, jetzt allerdings ist es nur noch verwohnt und dreckig. Die Möbel sind lieblos zusammengeworfen, nach dem Motto das war gerade noch da, teilweise kaputt und dreckig.
Die Terasse war überhaupt nicht nutzbar, da total dreckig, die Liegestühle, der Grill, alles. Auch das Haus von aussen war voller Spinnenweben und Dreck.
Innen war ständig alles voller Fliegen, es gab zwar Fliegengitter an den Fenstern aber die meisten waren kaputt.
Auch das Geschirr war teilweise dreckig, so das wir erst mal alles gereinigt haben.
Wir haben uns selten so unwohl gefühlt.
Einzig und allein die Schlafzimmer und die Badezimmer waren ok.
So übergibt man ein Haus einfach nicht an Gäste. Wir konnten zum Glück das Haus wechseln und hatten dann noch ein paar schöne Urlaubstage.
