Cancellation policy
Withdrawal and cancellation costs: up to 61 days 100, 60-30 days 25%, from the 29th day 50%, from the 8th day before arrival 100%. The pool is heated. Pool heating is not included in the price. Price on request. Since the beginning of 2025, the Greek government has introduced an eco-tax. This is staggered by category and season: The fee from March 1st - October 31st is €15.00/night per villa and from November 1st - February 29th it is €4.00/night, regardless of the number of guests. The amount can be transferred to us before arrival or paid with Visa or Master card.

The large outdoor area of Villa Minea is characterized by the original trees and the rock formations preserved in the construction of the villa, which form the image of the Cretan landscape. Directly in front of the villa you can enjoy the wonderful view over the lovingly designed garden to the sea from the shaded dining area or from the cozy lounge area. On this level is also the adjacent outdoor kitchen. In the midst of the herb garden, the grill masters can choose between a brick charcoal grill or a Weber gas grill. Many sun loungers with shady umbrellas and an additional covered pool deck with lounge furniture around the heated pool promise bathing pleasure and cozy hours. Between a rippling Quellstein and the pool deck, a small path leads to another highlight of the outdoor area: perfectly inserted into the nature and protected by trees cookies, which you can use according to your wishes as an extra dining area or as an oasis of peace.
Getting there
From most of the airports several airlines fly daily to Heraklion or Chania. From the airport it is about 85 km to the villa. After booking you will receive detailed directions! We are also on site and are happy to help anytime. We are happy to help you if you want to book a rental car. The car will be handed over to you at the airport. You are expected at the airport, you do not need to hire and wait anywhere. We do everything in advance for you. You can then park the car at the airport when leaving.
