This luxury villa, built in 2017, is located on the outskirts of the old picturesque village of Prines, about 5 km from the town of Rethymnon. It is about 260 square meters and was built on a plot of approx. 8,000 square meters.
The villa has 3 bedrooms with double beds and ensuite bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV. The large master bedroom on the first floor has a large roof terrace with an exclusive lounger. The other two bedrooms have direct access to the garden.
The kitchen with a large cooking island leaves nothing to be desired. It is equipped with everything you need. In front of the kitchen is the approx. 30 sqm large, roofed outdoor area with dining area and lounge furniture.
The living room has a fireplace. You will also find a large Full HD TV and a stereo system.
There is also a guest toilet and a washing machine.
From the 90 sqm pool terrace you can enjoy the 43 sqm pool. Several terraces are shaded with about 86 sqm of pergolas. You can park your car in the shady carport.

The nearest beach can be reached after about 5 km. In the village there are taverns and two mini markets. In the village of Atsipopoulo, about 2 km there are also mini markets, super markets, excellent bakers and taverns.
From Prines there is a bus service to Rethymnon. A car is recommended to explore the wonderful surroundings.
Most airports fly daily to several airlines Heraklion or Chania. From the airport it is about 85 km to the villa.
After booking you will receive detailed directions! We are also on site and are happy to help.
When booking a rental car, we are happy to help. The car will be handed over to you at the airport. You are expected at the airport, you do not need to hire and wait anywhere. We do everything in advance for you. You can then park the car at the airport in the end of your stay.

Der Betrag kann vor Anreise an uns überwiesen werden, oder mit Visa oder Master-Karte bezahlt werden.
