For cancellations on the part of the customer, the Austrian hotel conditions apply as well as the following cancellation terms - 40% of the total for a cancellation up to 1 month prior to arrival, 70% of the total up to 1 week prior to arrival, and for cancellations in the last week prior to arrival, 90% of the total will be due as cancellation fees. If the cancellation occurs on the day of arrival the total amount will be charged.
