In the case of withdrawal ESPRIT VILLAS Touristik GmbH can request flat-rate cancellation fees as follows:
up to 57 days before departure 15% of the travel price,
56 - 43 days before departure 30% of the travel price,
42 - 29 days before departure 50% of the travel price,
28 - 15 days before departure 80% of the travel price,
14 - 2 days before departure 90% of the travel price,
In case of a later cancellation the total price of the tour has to be calculated.
The traveler is at liberty to prove to ESPRIT VILLAS Touristik GmbH that no or much less damage has been caused to it than the lump sum demanded by ESPRIT VILLAS Touristik GmbH.
For an object whose price depends on the number of occupancy, a withdrawal with the consequence that the above cancellation rates apply, only a total of all participants. If only one or more participants withdraw, a cancellation fee in the full amount of the travel price per person must be charged for these participants
