This modern and tastefully furnished 3-room apartment in Scharbeutz is located on the first floor and has a partially covered and furnished terrace. The living area offers a comfortable couch, flat-screen TV, DVD-CD player, safe, dining area for 4 people, an open, exclusive kitchenette with oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, blender and toaster. The hallway and living area are tiled with terracotta tiles. The 2 bedrooms (1 x with double bed, 1 x with double sofa bed) are carpeted. A bicycle cellar as well as a washing machine and dryer are available to guests in the house. Underground parking space available; car parking space very narrow, no vans and station wagons, as no maneuvering possibility!

from the 21st day before departure: 80% of the rental price
