You can park your car under the carport right in front of the house. You enter the house through a hallway with wardrobe. From here it leads past a double bedroom (bed surface 160x200), the spacious bathroom with external window as well as the door to the living area. The living and dining area is equipped with a brand-new kitchen (with dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave etc.). A large corner sofa invites you to relax. You can dine at the large oak table (180 cm long). The living room is flooded with light from 4 large windows and you can also walk directly out to the terrace through a patio door. The living room is equipped with satellite TV (with DVD) and a stereo system (with radio, CD, Bluetooth and Ipod dock) .
IMPORTANT NOTE:
In 2018 sluice constructional work will be taking place in the Aalbek housing development. The drinking water pipes are to be replaced starting in April 2018 and the dirty water pipes from September 2018. For this reason, interruptions can not be ruled out during the work.
The ZVO promises to keep the number of interruptions as low as possible and to carry out the work very quickly, so that at least in the high season no work will take place on our street on the Aalbek , but we cannot rule it out at this time. In any case, we as the lessors will try to offer you a reasonable solution if there are any problems during the rental period.
Our holiday home is enclosed with a high, dense hedge and is at the end of the street so that as a matter of principle we assume that it will remain relatively quietly there comparatively speaking.

The living area leads to 2 additional bedrooms (each with window): 1 bedroom with 2 single beds at 90x200 each and 1 room with a bunk bed with 2 bed surfaces at 90x200 each.
The bedrooms are all lovingly furnished with wardrobes, reading lights, etc.
The house was completely gutted and renovated in winter 2015/16.

Our holiday home is located in the immediate vicinity of Niendorf Harbour (less than 5 minutes on foot) and the Baltic Sea beach in the Aalbek housing development.

Should the lessee cancel (terminate) the contract prior to the start of rental period without naming a subsequent lessee who agrees to the same terms and conditions, the following pro-rated rent amounts are due minus the saved expenditures:
Cancellation
- up to 49 days prior to arrival: 20% of the rental price
- up to 35 days prior to arrival: 30% of the rental price
- up to 21 days prior to arrival: 60% of the rental price
- up to 14 days prior to arrival: 90% of the rental price
- otherwise (later than 14 days prior to arrival) 100% of the rental price.
At the same time, the lessor will try to find a substitute lessee.
The renter can prove a lesser damage at any time.
Should the lessee depart earlier than stated in contract, he remains obligated to pay the full rental price.
Cancellation must be submitted in writing. The day of receipt of the declaration by the landlord is authoritative.
