The area offers a variety of leisure activities.
The holiday home is immediately adjacent to the forest area around Oostkapelle, crisscrossed with beautiful hiking trails, and is within walking distance to the 'most beautiful beach of the Netherlands' (award 2016 and 2017). Domburg (neighboring town), Middelburg, Veere, Zoutelande, etc. are also not far away.

The tenant is entitled to cancel or terminate the rental agreement in accordance with the following conditions:
a. The cancellation must be communicated to the landlord in writing by registered mail.
b. If the cancellation occurs after 8 days and up to three months before the start of the rental period, 25% of the net rent will be charged. For a cancellation between three months and one month before the start of the rental period, 50% of the net rent will be charged. For a cancellation within one month to one week before the start of the rental period, 75% of the net rent will be charged. For a cancellation less than one week before the start of the rental period, the entire net rent will be charged.
c. Upon receiving the tenant's cancellation, the landlord will issue a cancellation invoice in accordance with the above-mentioned conditions. Any money already paid will be offset according to the cancellation rules, and any excess money paid will be refunded to the tenant to the bank account provided to the landlord.
d. If the tenant finds a new tenant who enters into the rental agreement in his place under the same conditions, the landlord will accept this and the tenant will not have to pay any cancellation fees.
