(1) If the lessee renounces the contract before the beginning of the rental period without naming a subsequent tenant who enters into the contract on the same terms, the following proportionate rents shall be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses: Note:

Anela hat uns sehr gastfreundlich empfangen, sie hat den Kühlschrank mit frischen Früchten, hausgemachter Wein, Fleischplatte schon vorgefühlt, .. alles was das Herz begehrt. Das Anwesen war sehr sauber und sehr schön gestaltet. Was wir als Familie sehr schätzten war, dass jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Bad hatten. Am letzten Abend hat Anela ein perfektes traditionelles Essen zubereitet. Wir durften ihre Familie kennen lernen und hatten einen Wunderbaren, Lustigen und Unterhaltsamen Abend. Die Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert, bei nächster Gelegenheit werden wir die Unterkunft sehr gerne wieder buchen. Vielen herzlichen Dank bis zum nächsten mal.

Wir haben die 14 Tage mit der Familie und Freunden sehr genossen. Beginnend mit der Ankunft und einem sehr herzlichen Empfang, über tolle Betreuung während des Aufenthaltes und problemlose Abreise. Die Villa befindet sich in einem ruhigen Dorf. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Ganz liebe Menschen kümmern sich um jedes Anliegen und ermöglichen alles was in ihrer Macht steht. Wir haben eine tolle Zeit da verbracht und würden gerne wieder kommen.
