Its nine windows are east and west-facing, so that the apartment is flooded by sunlight all day. It has a large kitchen/dining room with a dining table, four chairs and a double sofa, a bedroom with a king size bed, a living room with a convertible couch (200 x 140).

Ca' della Vigna is just ten minutes walk away from S. Mark’s square and Rialto bridge, but there are many more famous Venice attractions and landmarks just a few hundred metres away from the apartment.
The whole area is dotted with small restaurants and typical “bacari”, (the Venetian sidewalk cafes), and a large supermarket with non stop opening hours is just 100 metres away from the apartment.
The nearest vaporetto station, connecting to the island of Lido and to both S. Lucia railway station and Piazzale Roma main parking lot is just five minutes away. After a short walk you will also find the vaporettos taking you for a day trip to the most beautiful islands of the Lagoon (Murano, Burano, Torcello).
