This semi-detached house (about 120 m²) is located in the holiday park De Banjaard directly on the North Sea in the region of Noord Beveland.
The house is privately owned and attractively furnished. Please note that smoking is prohibited in this house! The rental is not made to youth groups. For allergy reasons cats and dogs can not be taken.
Arrival days Monday and Friday (exceptions on request). Prices for short week bookings (Mon-Fri, about 60% of the weekly rate), weekend (Fri-Mon, about 70% of the weekly rate) or e.g. 10 days on request. The house has just been modernized and renovated.

well-equipped, open kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge and separate freezer, stove with ceramic hotplates, microwave, coffee maker and other extras.
Plenty of crockery and cutlery are available.

The distance to the beach is about 400m. The beach is accessible via ramps, so that also e.g. Prams can be taken.
The holiday park is located directly behind the dike of the North Sea, near the Oosterschelde and close to the Veerse Meer, ideal for water sports (diving, surfing, sailing).
In the park center there is: a family restaurant with bar, a snack bar, supermarket, laundromat, indoor heated swimming pool (extra, limited opening hours), kl. Games room, bike rental, several playgrounds, mini golf. There are also tennis courts (extra) and a dialysis center (registration required). During the holidays there is a small entertainment program for children and adults.

The resort has Internet access via W-LAN. Due to capacity limitations and possible technical disruptions, availability may be restricted so that unlimited access to the Internet at any time can not be guaranteed.

Das Ferienhaus ist 2018 bis 2021 modernisiert und renoviert worden (Zimmer, Gäste-WC, Möbel und Küche, Bäder). Alle Zimmer lassen sich sehr gut abdunkeln, so dass man auch im Sommer ausschlafen kann. Die Hochlichter in zwei der oberen Schlafzimmer sind verdunkelt, so dass der Schlaf nicht gestört wird.

Die Entfernung zum Strand beträgt ca. 400m. Der Strand ist über Rampen erreichbar, so daß auch z.B. Kinderwagen mitgenommen werden können.
Der Ferienpark liegt direkt hinter dem Dünen der Nordsee, in der Nähe der Oosterschelde und nah am Veerse Meer, ideal für Wassersport (Tauchen, Surfen, Segeln).
Im Parkzentrum befindet sich: ein Familienrestaurant mit Bar, eine Snack-Bar, Supermarkt, Waschsalon, beheiztes Hallenbad (gratis, eingeschränkte Öffnungszeiten), kl. Spielhalle, Fahrradvermietung, mehrere Spielplätze, Minigolf. Außerdem Tennisplätze (extra) und ein Dialysezentrum (Anmeldung erforderlich). In den Ferien gibt es ein kleines Animations-Programm für Kinder und Erwachsene.
