No matter whether spring, summer, autumn, or winter, our holiday home guarantees a feeling of well-being in every season and in every type of weather with its 95 m² of living space.
Our holiday home is designed for six people and consists of a large, light-flooded living and dining room with an open, modern kitchen. Through the large terrace window, you can access the garden directly from the living and dining room area via the spacious, partially covered south-facing terrace.
On the upper floor, there is a fully equipped bathroom and two bedrooms with double beds. These are complemented by two single beds in the cosy attic area.
Free Wi-Fi, separate storage room (storage space for bicycles) and parking space on the property.

Tiled floors and underfloor heating throughout the holiday home ensure a pleasant living environment.

Our holiday home is located on the edge of the tranquil town of Hasselfelde – together with a few other individually designed wooden houses – far from traffic and noise and near the Hassel Vorsperre. In the middle of the Harz Nature Park at an altitude of approx. 500 m lies the climatic health resort of Hasselfelde, a district of the city of Oberharz am Brocken. Hasselfelde is an ideal starting point for all the sights of the Harz and for exploring the Harz - whether on foot or by bike, motorcycle, trike, car, or the Harz narrow-gauge railway.
Our holiday region is well connected to the highway network with connections to the A38 in the south and the A36 in the north. Thanks to our central location and good connections, we are easy for guests to reach.

In the event of cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
up to 42 days before the start of the rental period: free cancellation.
up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price.
up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price.
up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price.
less than 14 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price.
If the stay is broken off prematurely, there will be no refund for the remaining rental period.
