- Until one month before arrival: Cancelation or changing the date without any costs is possible.
- 30 days before arrival: Changing travel date without any costs is possible. The agreed rental fee has to be paid.
- One week or less before arrival: No changes without any costs
In the event of cancelling the contract the tenant agrees to pay the following cancellation fees:
- If the tenant cancels this agreement more than sixty-one days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 25 % of the agreed rental fee.
- If the tenant cancels this agreement less than sixty, but more than 31 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 50 % of the agreed rental fee.
- For a cancellation of this agreement less than thirty, the tenant pays the agreed rental fee.

The water is warm enough to swim in by April.
Until the end of May the conditions are ideal for cycling, walking or golf. The fine sandy beaches of Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollença, Formentor and the bay of Alcudia are perfect for a swim, kayaking, sailing, surfing, kitesurfing or diving.
Holiday destination
The villa is situated between Pollença, Puerto Pollença and Alcudia. In Puerto Pollença and Alcudia Bay, you will find sandy beaches that slope gently into the sea, making them perfect for small children. There are also restaurants, supermarkets, shops and beautiful weekly markets where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables.
Getting there
The island is very well connected and flights from the UK and its neighbouring countries take no more than two hours. Pollença is only around 60 kilometres from the airport in the island’s capital, Palma. If you hire a car, you can arrive in your holiday paradise in Pollença around two hours after the flight touches down.

Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Sauberkeit, Lage, Kommunikation mit der Agentur. Der Garten der Finca ist paradiesisch. Ein perfekter Ort zum spielen für die Kids. Aber auch um an verschiedenen schattigen Plätzen der Mittagssonne zu entkommen oder das Abendessen zu genießen. Das Haus selbst war sehr sauber und wunderbar traditionell eingerichtet. Es war alles vor Ort was man als Familie so braucht.Wir bedanken uns bei der überaus freundlichen Vermieter-Familie Vives und Frau Prager von der Agentur. Uns wurden alle Wünsche schnell und unkompliziert erfüllt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
