The villa park Buitenplaats is located on the outskirts of the beautiful seaside resort Callantsoog, about 900 m from the kilometers-long beach. The town center is right by the dunes and invites you for an extensive beach vacation. In Callantsoog there are various cafes and restaurants, beach pavilions, and a market square.
The well-known Dutch cities Alkmaar and Den Helder can be reached in about 15-20 minutes by car. In Den Helder, you can take the ferry to Texel and enjoy the Wadden Sea.
The area around Callantsoog is also particularly suitable for bicycle tours through the dunes. Here you can ride, for example, to Den Helder in the north or Bergen in the south.
