Villa Stupenda was newly built in 2016 and is situated on a fenced property of 1200m2. The outdoor area boasts a 50m2 heated pool including an outdoor shower. The entertainment value is further enhanced by the whirlpool and the table tennis table. The outdoor area also scores with the large, covered terrace and beautiful seating arrangement, as well as an outdoor sauna which will be used for the first time in 2022. A grill and three parking spaces are available.

Salzburg-Villach-Karawankentunnel-Ljubljana-Koper-Croatian border Kastel, direction Umag-Pula (Istrian Y expressway) take the exit Rijeka-Pazin-Baderna, then turn right towards Porec, after about 4 km you will reach the village of Zbandaj. At the traffic light intersection, turn left towards Radmani. Drive straight through Radmani and continue to the next village about 1.5 km away named Dracevac. Once in Dracevac, take the first left towards Montizana. After about one kilometer, you will see the house on the left side. We wish you a safe journey!
