Cancellation policy
In case of withdrawal, the following should be noted:
- No fees for cancellations before 181 days only bank charges.
- Penalty of 40% in case of cancellation between 180 days and 31 days before departure
- 100% in case of cancellation between the 30th day before arrival until the day of arrival
If, for whatever reason, the landlord is unable to rent the confirmed building, we will inform the guests immediately and, if possible, offer different buildings or the like. If it is not possible or the client disagrees, the landlord will refund the deposit plus 30% penalty. From the time of return of the deposit and any penalty, the customer waives any other further claims.

Holiday destination
Casale Marittimo a very well preserved medieval village. There are many village festivals during the summer that should not be missed! Bike ride suitable. The accommodation is in an optimal position for excursions. Bolgheri, Castagneto Carducci, Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena and Lucca are all within easy driving distance. Elba Island within reach. The sea can be reached in about 30 minutes. There are many sandy beaches such as the white beach of Vada.
Getting there
From the highway exit at Rosignano Marittimo (end of the highway), take the direction Grosseto Roma freeway. Exit Cecina Centro, direction Casale Marittimo. In front of Casale Marittimo there is a petrol station on the right, in front of this there is a small road on the right (down) at the end of this road is the holiday home Bella Vista.

Ankunft mit toller Ueberraschung (Willkommenskorb) Toll. Perfekt eingerichtetes Haus. Tolle Betten. Flauschige Badtücher. Stilvolle Villa. Der Hausherr hat Geschmack. Bis ins kleinste Detail alles vorhanden, sogar Adapter. Beste , diskrete Betreuung. Trotz schlechtem Wetter( 5 Tage) haben wir uns sehr geborgen und heimelig gefühlt. Danke wir kommen wieder.

Absolut schön gelegenes Haus mit traumhaften Blick bis zum Meer trotz der ca. 9-10 km Entfernung. Sehr freundliche Verwaltung und Betreuung des Hauses durch Sara. Bei Problemen werden diese tagesaktuell geklärt, was noch mehr der Entspannung dient.
Einzige Kritikpunkt wäre die Müllentsorgung, wofür Hauseigentümer-in und Verwaltung nix können. Dies ist ein regionales Problem. Hier kann man sich aber gut arrangieren.
