Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy
The following conditions apply in the event a customer cancels:
• For a cancellation up to the 61st day before the start date of occupancy, 60 Euro.
• For a cancellation from the 60th to the 35th day before the start of occupancy, 50% of the holiday rental price.
• For a cancellation from the 34th day until the day before the start of occupancy, 80% of the holiday rental price.
• For non-arrival or cancellation after the holiday start, 95% of the holiday rental price.

In order to minimise the risk, we recommend taking out travel cancellation cost insurance.
Payment methods
Within 7 days after signing the contract (i.e. access to the reservation/booking confirmation), you pay a deposit of 30% of the total price.
You pay the balance of the invoice amount up to but no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. For short-term reservations (booking date less than 4 weeks before arrival date), the total travel price must be paid without prior deposit.

Comments
Smoking is not allowed in the holiday apartment.
Out of mutual consideration, smoking in the "Ostseeresidenz" on the balconies,
loggias and terraces is also not allowed between 22:00 and 7:00.

The "Altstadtufer" set right on the water - right on the Baltic Sea - on the beach promenade - at the foot of the historic and romantic Altstadt-Sassnitz with its lively restored spa villas between Seebrücke and Kurplatz, near the Jasmund National Park, "Königsstuhl" with its chalk cliffs and beech groves (a World Cultural Heritage site), this is where this exquisite, white holiday residence the "Ostseeresidenz" is located.
The modern design and the intelligent aesthetics of the residential and holiday residence is a perfect marriage of rationality and emotion.
Getting there
Coming from Hamburg, take the A 20 towards Rostock. Then take exit 24 (E251) and continue on the B 96 towards Stralsund/Rügen/Sassnitz.
Please strictly observe the speed limits. On the B 96 they often set up "speed traps". On the island itself there are a lot of active "speed cameras".
For your arrival please enter Böttcherstr. 6 into your navigation system instead of "Strandpromenade 8". At the end of Böttcherstraße, you'll see the Ostseeresidenz. Just drive right up to it. Parking spot no. 4 is yours free of charge.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, ruhig gelegen mit Blick auf das Meer incl. Meeresrauschen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung bestens empfehlen.
Schön wären die Größenangaben der Betten gewesen,, da diese doch unterschiedlich waren.
