Welcome to this exclusive 3-room vacation apartment for 2-4 people with a view of the new spa gardens and partial sea view in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. On the 2nd floor you have 135m² at your disposal.
This apartment is handicapped accessible.
The spacious living area (48 m²) has a great sofa set, flatscreen TV, DVD player, stereo system and large dining table.
From here you can access the first balcony facing east.
The adjoining kitchen makes cooking a real pleasure. Here you will find high-quality appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, oven and large fridge with separate freezer.
There are 2 separate bedrooms, both equipped with a TV and each with access to another balcony (east and west side).
In the first bedroom there is a double bed with 2 separate mattresses (0.90 m x 2.00 m) and
in the second bedroom there is also a double bed with 2 separate mattresses (0.80 m x 2.00 m).
There are also 2 bathrooms with showers, one of which has a bidet. A cosmetic mirror and a hairdryer complete the package.
In the period from 15.04. - 30.09. a beach chair is available on the beach free of charge.
A bicycle storage room is available.
An underground parking space is reserved for you.

Upon conclusion of a rental agreement, the following cancellation fees are deemed to have been agreed:
Cancellation fee in principle: € 55.00 plus :
up to 45th day before departure: 10% of the rental price
44th - 30th day before departure: 30% of the rental price
29th - 22nd day before departure: 60% of the rental price
from the 21st day before departure: 80% of the rental price
If the tenant does not show up or cancels after the start of the rental period, the cancellation fee is 100% of the rental price. The
