The house is located really close to the lake. Here you can swim, fish or go by boat.
The lake is part of the Müritz-Elde waterway and with a motor boat, you can explore the waters of Lake Müritz.

Adjacent to the lake the forest area is the Nossentin-Schwinzer Heath.
A natural park where you can hike and bike without meeting other people.

Getting there

You can travel by train to Alt-Schwerin. We will pick you up from the train station.

By car: Take the A19 towards Rostock, exit Karow / Malchow.
Here you go towards Karow-Schwerin and take the last street on the left sight in Alt-Schwerin.

Eine Katastrophe

Guten Morgen
Ich wollte am Sonnabend meinen Urlaub in der Fischerei alt Schwerin als Rollstuhlfahrer antreten. Nach einer beschwerlichen Anreise bin ich sofort wieder abgereist.
Da ich als Rollstuhlfahrer in der Fischerei so enttäuscht wurde. Es stimmten keine Angaben. Ein ganz dunkles Zimmer Terasse auf dem Parkplatz. Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer zum Parkplatz mit Lieferung Verkehr. Dabei war alles ganz anders besprochen.
Ich kann den Urlaubsplatz nicht empfehlen.
Nun sitze ich da ohne Urlaubsplatz und ich Angel für mein Leben gerne dieses Jahr alles futsch.

Wir reisten 3Familien mit Grundschulkindern,1 Single und Hund. Das Haus war modern, sauber und mit allem Wichtigem ausgestattet. Bei schönem Wetter haben wir alle zusammen auf der Terasse gespeist, sonst ging es mit zusammenrutschen auch unten in der Stube. Das Personal im 100m entfernten Restaurant und im Fischladen sind sehr aufmerksam. Jeden Morgen frische Brötchen , Milch ,Eier und am Abend Fischbrötchen .... Ohne Einkaufsstress
Im grossen Garten badminton und wikingerschach gut spielbar. Kleiner Sandstrand, Bootssteg und Boot .... Alles in Allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter.

Nur bedingt zu empfehlen!

Wir waren vom 3.8-17.8 2013 mit zwei Familien in der Alten Fischerei. Lediglich positiv war die Größe des Grundstücks sowie der Wohnungen.

Viele Leuchtmittel waren defekt
Inventar sehr unvollständig
Sitzmöbel ungepolstert
Schirme defekt
Keine Liegen
Rasen sehr ungepflegt(min.6-8 wochen nicht gemäht)
Feuerstelle mit Unkraut überwuchert
Möbel teilweise defekt
Unsauber
Matratzen im UG eine Katastrophe (federn sahen heraus)
Boote laut Personal in der Gaststätte nicht verfügbar(verliehen)
Strandzugang auch für Gäste des Restaurants möglich

Für einen Tagespreis von 92,50 pro Familie ist doch mehr zu erwarten. Es sollten doch die schönsten Tage im Jahr werden.Wir hoffen das Herr Thomas in Zukunft seine Objekte besser in Schuss hält. Vertrauen ist gut, Kontrolle ist besser.

Sehr geehrte Fam. Liedtke,

das ist eine wirklich stark negative Bewertung unseres Hauses. Wir haben uns nach Erhalt Ihres Kommentars ausgiebig mit der "Alten Fischerei" befasst und ich muss Ihnen leider in einigen Dingen rechtgeben. Die Federn schauten natürlich nicht aus den Matratzen,aber sie mussten ausgetauscht werden. Die Sonnenschirme wurden gewechselt und das Inventar ergänzt. Polstermöbel stehen allerdings in jeder Wohnung zur Verfügung. Nur die Stühle am Esstisch sind nicht gepolstert. Gläser und Teller waren auch nicht genug. Der Geschirrspüler kann so ja gar nicht richtig genutzt werden. So gesehen vielen Dank für die diesbezüglichen Hinweise.

Was den Rasen und die Feuerstelle (Grillplatz im Garten) betrifft, haben wir und auch viele unserer Stammgäste eine andere Meinung. Es ist unmittelbarer Uferbereich und es soll eine natürliche Wiese sein und kein Rasen. Der Bereich wird deshalb nicht so oft gemäht.
