During the high season, as well as Christmas/New Year, we rent out the apartments - to avoid vacant beds - with Saturday as the day of arrival and departure.

Cancellation policy
Our cancellation policy:
Something unforeseen can always happen between booking and arrival. In case of a last-minute cancellation or early departure, we do our utmost to re-rent the apartment to other guests. If we are unable to do so, we will inform you of our cancellation policy as follows:
- Cancellation is free of charge up to the 30th day before arrival.
- For cancellations made between the 30th day and the 8th day before arrival, we charge 80% of the agreed total price (excluding final cleaning and local tax).
- For cancellations less than 8 days before arrival, we charge 100% of the total price (excluding final cleaning and local tax).
- In case of no-show or delayed arrival, the entire booked period will be charged.
Therefore, we recommend our guests to take out travel cancellation insurance.
Our guests enjoy free entry all year round to the Naturns Adventure Therme with its indoor pool, outdoor pool, and sauna landscape.

The Mobil-Card is included in the room price and is valid for your entire stay.

Getting there
From the Reschen Pass:
Via Malles, Silandro to Naturno - Exit Naturno West (before the bypass tunnel)
From the Brenner:
Take the Brenner motorway to the Bolzano Sud exit. Take the MeBo expressway towards Merano. Then follow the Vinschgau state road to Naturno - Exit Naturno East (before the bypass tunnel)
