- until 49 days before the arrival day: 60% of the rental price agreed
- until 42 days before the arrival day: 90% of the rental price agreed
- otherwise (less than 42 days): 100% of the rental price agreed
In case of no-show 100% of the rental price is to be paid.

Holiday destination
Near Pitsidia visitors will find the Kommos beach, which is the longest beach of the area, and the touristic fishing village of Matala. Only a few walking minutes away from our Villa Hera is the horse riding centre Melanouri and the car rental Kri-Kri, which rents also bicycles.

Wir haben 12 wundervolle Tage in diesem tollem Haus verbracht, es liegt fußläufig zum schönen Ortskern von Pitsidia. Super netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern und zu Maria ,die jeden Morgen kam und sich um den Außenbereich gekümmert hat.
Das Haus ließ keine Wünsche offen es war super ausgestattet, wir haben auch mehrmals den Grill im Außenbereich benutzt und bei netter Beleuchtung den Abend zu Hause genossen.
Wir reisen schon seit 2008 in die Gegend um Matala herum und haben sehr unterschiedliche Unterkünfte gesehen aber in dieses Haus werden wir auf jeden Fall zurückkehren.

Traumhaus in Traumumgebung mit wirklich tollen Vermietern, die jede Frage gerne beantworten. Wir haben 12 wundervoll erholsame Tage verbraucht, das Haus und seine Ruhe sehr genossen, aber auch die Umgebung erkundet. Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal. Supermarkt, Tavernen fussläufig zu erreichen, wunderschöne Strände in der Umgebung und, wer will, Nightlife in Matala, ca. 3km entfernt. Es ist für jeden etwas dabei (waren als Familie mit drei Teenagern unterwegs). TRAUMURLAUB!
