This magnificent house is quietly situated at the end of a street, where you will hardly notice any neighbors. The total area of the property is a proud 692 m², of which 226 m² are dedicated to living space.
In the enormous L-shaped living room, there are several seating areas, for example, near the open hearth. The ground floor is mostly equipped with underfloor heating. The U-shaped kitchen is stocked with everything your heart desires. In addition, there is a very large master bedroom on this floor with a fitted wardrobe. Next to the bedroom, you have your own bathroom with a shower cabin. The other room downstairs is equipped with a sofa bed that can be extended. Finally, there is also a guest toilet on this floor.
On the first floor, there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom.

On the edge of the popular seaside resort De Koog, immediately by the North Sea beach, as well as the forest and dunes.
From the living area, you step into the stunning garden and enjoy a magnificent view over the countryside. The garden faces south and is completely fenced in. The lawns are artificial grass. On the natural stone patio, you will find a covered lounge with a stove and heaters. To enhance both the holiday feeling and well-being, there is an outdoor Jacuzzi and shower. What a luxury!
By car:
Coming from Utrecht towards Amsterdam, take the exit towards Zaanstad.
Then take the A7 towards Leeuwarden until the Den Oever exit.
From there to Den Helder, the ferry port is signposted.
On Texel:
From the ferry port, head north on the Pontweg (N501). At roundabout 10, turn right and continue to follow the signs for De Waal. Just before leaving Den Burg, turn right onto Waalderstraat. At the distinctive round glass building of OmnyAcc – on your left – make a sharp left onto Abbewaal. We are right at the end, until you can go no further, on the round square to the left of Gamma.
