Cancellation policy
Cancellation - No show - Rebooking The renter can withdraw from the contract at any time. He must submit the property in writing to the landlord. If no replacement tenant can be found by the tenant or landlord, the following lump-sum cancellation fees apply:
With resignation:
up to 60 days before the start of the rental period 20% of the total price from the 59th to the 35th day before the rental period 50% of the total price from the 34th to the 21st day before the rental 70% of the total price from the 20th to the 11th day before the rental 80% of the total price from 10 Days before the start of the lease 90% of the total price. In case of no-show: 90% of the total price must be paid.
If the tenant succeeds in finding a replacement tenant accepted by the landlord, the payment already made will be reimbursed after deduction of a processing fee of 25.00 Euro.
Until the beginning of the tenancy, the tenant may request that instead of a third party enters into the rights and obligations under the lease. The landlord may object to the entry of the third party, if a conclusion of the contract with the third important reasons. Rebooking (for example change of stay) must be accepted by the landlord and are only possible for the same holiday property. If a transfer is made, we charge the tenant no further costs.
We recommend to take out a travel cancellation insurance when booking. The renter can do this with an insurance company of his choice.

Holiday destination
Ideal starting point for cultural excursions. The cities of Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and Volterra are within easy reach. But also in the vicinity you can make many trips. The coast from north to south is versatile, the beaches mostly sandy beaches.
Getting there
In the months of July and August, the arrival and departure is on Saturday. In the other months by arrangement.
