Cancellation policy
1. In the event of cancellation, the holidaymaker must pay the entrepreneur a compensation. This amounts to:
- if cancellation occurs 3 months before the start date or earlier: 15% of the agreed price;
- if cancellation occurs between 3 and 2 months before the start date: 50% of the agreed price;
- if cancellation occurs between 2 and 1 months before the start date: 75% of the agreed price;
- if cancellation occurs within one month before the start date: 90% of the agreed price;
- if cancellation occurs on the start date itself: 100% of the agreed price.
2. The compensation will be proportionally refunded minus administrative costs if the spot is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the holidaymaker and with the written consent of the entrepreneur for the same period or part of the period.

Getting there
Driving from Amsterdam via A9:
Take exit 10-Castricum and follow the N203/N8 towards Uitgeest. Continue on the N203. After 6.2 km, turn left onto Zeeweg/N513. After 2.4 km, at the roundabout, take the first exit onto Heereweg. At the first traffic light (after 6.5 km), turn left onto Heiloöer Zeeweg. At the next traffic light, go straight ahead, and at the following traffic light, turn left onto Voorstraat. After 500 meters, turn left onto Prins Hendrikstraat. Continue from Prins Hendrikstraat to Admiraal de Ruyterweg to Zeeweg. Turn left onto Burgemeester Nielestraat, and then you are on Eisenhowerstraat 7. You have reached your destination!

Das Haus war modern und komfortabel (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine) eingerichtet. City und Strandnah. Sehr sauber . Haben uns wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
