For cancellations up to 5 weeks before the start of the trip, costs will be charged in the amount of the deposit.
The cancellation costs are 50% of the price for cancellations up to four weeks before the start of the trip, 75% of the price for cancellations up to three weeks before the start of the trip, and 90% of the price for cancellations up to one week before the start of the trip.

The Vivenda Fortim is located on Madeira's wild and romantic north-east coast. The climate here is very mild.
Far away from the busy south coast, the house is still easy to reach.
This part of the island is considered the most beautiful hiking region in Madeira. Many of the most well-known hiking trails are just a short distance from the house. And there are also good bathing opportunities along the coast.
The Vivenda Fortim gets its name from a fortress in the immediate vicinity of the property.
