Cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation during the reservation period :
- by the tenant : the tenant shall forfeit the whole of the amount of deposit paid,
- by the landlord : the landlord shall pay the tenant a sum equivalent to double the amount of the deposit.
After the payement of the balance, the complete rental charges expire to the benefit of the landlord.

A spectacle and an art of living...
In the early 20th century, in the brief period of our history called “La Belle Epoque”, the fashion of taking a sea dip saw the fusion of its remote medical origin with the element of tourism. M. Main
In 1899, following this trend, my great-grandfather acquired a villa in Veulettes sur Mer, located on a plot above the current location which served as the garden.
During the war, the villa was razed, along with all the vegetation.
With compensation for war damage, my grandfather rebuilt the present house, finishing it in 1949.
Ever since, generations of children have savoured the joys of bathing in the sea, making sand castles, going on fishing excursions and sailing.

Die Lage des Hauses ist einfach ein Traum ! Bei der Ausstattung hat es an nichts gefehlt, eher im Gegenteil, es gab viele Extras. Die Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort hat reibungslos funktioniert. Wir haben für das nächste Jahr wieder gebucht und freuen uns jetzt schon !
