Description

This fantastic villa is situated in Kaag. Ideal for a family, it can accommodate 8 guests and has 3 bedrooms. It has a private roofed terrace for you to rejuvenate and relax. It also has a jetty for you to explore the waters.

The lake lies 10 m from villa. The restaurant is 200 m from the home whereas the local grocery store is 200 m from the stay. The sea is 10 km from stay if you would like to enjoy a day by the beach side. Amsterdam and Leiden are also nearby to explore.

A balcony is provided for you to have some outdoor times with loved ones. Table tennis table is also provided for recreational purposes. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed in the property for an additional cost of 50/stay. Parking is provided in the villa. Childrens bed and high chair are offered for the kids.

The nearest airport is 15 km away from the villa.

You can check-in between 4-6 PM and check-out can be done from 9-10 AM.

Die Villa ist wunderschön, nur die Instandhaltung ist sehr schlecht? Wir haben nach unserem Aufenthalt einen Zettel mit mehr als 20 Punkten auf dem Tisch liegen lassen und dem Besitzer davon erzählt, und im nächsten Jahr waren immer noch mehr als 60 Prozent kaputt?
Es ist schade, denn die Villa am Wasser ist gut für alte Leute, aber die Villa wird weniger in Mitleidenschaft gezogen, wenn die Instandhaltung nicht gut ist oder fast nichts dagegen unternommen wird! und der Preis wird in 3 Jahren auf 1000 Euro steigen!!!!
