Katastrophal ist Belvilla als Anbieter.
Belvilla hat es versäumt, den Vermieter über unseren Aufenthalt zu informieren. Nur darauf bezieht sich die schlechte Bewertung zur Kommunikation. Unser Glück war es, dass wir den Vermieter am Anreisetag noch per Handy erreichen konnten und dass dieser seine eigene Reise abgebrochen hat, um das Haus für uns herzurichten.
Belvilla hat es, trotz wiederholten Reklamationsmails, bis heute nicht hinbekommen, Stellung zu beziehen.
Außer automatisch generierten Mails und wiederholten Aufforderungen zur Bewertung, die überdies bereits einmal vorgenommen wurde, kommt von Belvilla nichts.
Fazit: Unterkunft und Vermieter top.
Aber nie wieder über Belvilla buchen!!!
