The 5 star holiday home "Chiemsee Sonne" has been furnished with great attention to detail. It has a spacious and sunny living room with a large wooden balcony facing the mountains. For the colder seasons, a wood stove gives you warmth and a cozy feeling. The modern and well-equipped kitchen also has a small balcony and is very bright. The large bathroom with its rain shower and double sink offers plenty of space. Also a separate toilet with sink is not missing. The master bedroom with its beautiful wooden floor and the large double bed and mountain views invites you to relax. Right next door is the children's room with bunk beds. The apartment has a large, flowered garden with a table and sun loungers. A barbecue and a fireplace are also not missing. For your children there is a very large trampoline with a high-quality safety net in the garden.

In Übersee und Umgebung werden Sie viele Möglichkeiten für Ihre Freizeitgestaltung finden – einschließlich einiger lohnender Ziele für Tage mit eher schlechterem Wetter wie z.B. das Bad „Prienavera“ in Prien oder „Vita Alpina“ in Ruhpolding. The holiday home is idyllically situated on the outskirts of Übersee in the immediate vicinity of Lake Chiemsee in the middle of green nature and has a great view into the mountains. The town of Übersee offers many restaurants and shops. The beautiful Bavarian region "Chiemgau" with its lakes, mountains and beer gardens is right on your doorstep. In winter, many ski resorts such as the famous "Reit im Winkl" or the "Steinplatte" are easy to reach. There is also no lack of excursion possibilities for rainy days.
