Holiday destination
The famous "Moselsteig" hiking trail leads past this temple. Enjoy the beautiful landscape of the Moselle valley from here. The 9 km portion from Cochem to one of the most famous castles in Germany can be easily covered either by train or by bike. The area and proximity to Cochem offers you an incredible amount of variety. You won't be bored one bit. The town of Pommern is located directly on the Moselle and is surrounded by beautiful vineyards.
Getting there
You can either travel comfortably by train directly to the beautiful wine town of Pommern or go by car. The train station is about 600 m from the apartment. You can reach Pommern by car via the B9 federal road. The A48 or A61 motorways take you directly to the Moselle valley; there are several exits you can take. Upon arriving in Pommern, you will find Lindenstraße 50 m from the picturesque village square.

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und sehr ruhig gelegen. Die liebevolle unaufdringliche Betreuung war das perfekte i-Tüpfelchen zum Wohlfühlen. Ein Handtuchwechsel nach einer Woche wurde ganz selbstverständlich angeboten. Dank des traumhaften Wetters konnten wir den Balkon täglich nutzen. Pommern ist ein ruhiges Winzerdorf und idealer Ausgangspunkt für tägliche Ausflüge, egal ob zu Fuß, zum Wandern, zum Radfahren oder mit der Bahn oder einfach zum Entspannen am Moselufer. Wir haben unseren zweiwöchigen Urlaub sehr genossen und werden gern wiederkommen.

Wirklich hübsche und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in kleinem und schon sehr altem Winzerdorf an der Mosel; sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten -egal ob Wanderung, Spaziergang, Besichtigung einer der vielen Burgen entlang der Mosel, einer spontanen Weinprobe bei einem der unzähligen Winzer. Ideal, wenn man bei gutem Wetter abends mit müden Füßen auf dem Balkon sitzen und den Tag mit einem kühlen Glas Riesling ausklingen lassen kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
