Der Zustand der Wohnung ist wirklich nicht schön, überall Wasserflecken an den Wänden, im Bad löst sich der Putz. Schimmel im Bad, dreckige Fenster, Staub und Spinnenweben runden das ganze ab. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es nur einen Schlafsessel und kein Sofa zum ausziehen. Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer ist kaputt und nicht zum schlafen zu nutzen. Von Terrasse und Garten mal ganz ab zu sehen. Der Geräuschpegel von der Wohnung darüber ist für Erholungssuchende einfach nervig.
