he Villa Siriatis with 115 square meters living area offers a phantastic view over the Libyan ocean and is located just about 500 meters away. It will be finished in the end of March 2018 und is available at the beginning of April for its first guests.
Villa Siriatis offers a big living room which is placed open to the kitchen and towards the dining room with a big picture window that shows the phantastic view over the blue chatoyant ocean as well as the entrance to the generous terrace. The living room is equipped with a fireplace for cozy hours, Sat-TV, DVD- and CD-Player. On the same floor the three comfortable bedrooms are located. The main bedroom offers an ensuite bathroom with a shower and WC. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds and the third one with a double bed. Each of the bedrooms offers sea view, its own entrance to the big terrace and to the pool area, mosquito nets in front of the windows and is conditioned. A second bathroom with a shower and WC is available too.
The outdoor area, which is accessible from all rooms offers its guests an Infinitypool surrounded by a lying surface. Moreover there is located a barbeque area with a masoned grill and a big dining table, which is from the kitchen also easy to reach. The terrace is surrourended by an almost 5000 square meter olive grove, that is included in the property.
Furthermore there is offered an extorior shower and a private parking area.

Kerames is a traditional, historical village with about 150 inhabitants. All streets of the village lead to the main square of Kerames village. Here you can have a coffee in peace and quiet and admire the waterfalls or fountains. In the village there is a "Aunt Emma shop" and restaurants.
Around the village there are beautiful and clean beaches like Preveli, Triopetra or Ligres.
Hiking trails offer many possibilities to explore the wonderful area with its special flora and fauna also on foot.
The small town of Spili with various shopping facilities, pharmacy, taverns, cafes, a monastery worth seeing and a historical Venetian fountain is only 14 kilometres away. The beautiful and worth seeing harbour town Rethymnon in the north of the island is 45 kilometres away and is certainly worth a day trip.
The traditional place is a witness of a long history, which goes back to 2000 - 2600 before Christ. In this time the ancient city of Kionia was built. After the decline of the Minoan rule and its cities, to which Kionia also belonged, and after many pirate raids, the city moved higher up the hills. The ruins of the ancient city can be found on a hill above the beach of Pyrgos.
By plane or ferry to Heraklion or Chania Souda and from there by rental car, which we will gladly organize.
