In light of the unpredictable situation with the development of the COVID-19 pandemic, we offer free cancellation in the form of rebooking or a refund of the amounts already paid. The right to free cancellation applies only to bookings that are cancelled at least 31 days before arrival.
Not included in the rental price (payment to be arranged directly with the host):
- mandatory registration fee - 4 EURO / per person one-time
- Security deposit on the day of arrival (payment on site, one-time price): 200,00 EUR
The security deposit will be returned at the end of the stay.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, äußerst gut ausgestattet und einfach wunderschön. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist sowohl von der großzügigen Terrasse als auch vom überdachten Balkon und vom großen, geräumigen Wohn- und Esszimmer aus phantastisch. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es sehr ruhig. Nur wenige Schritte bis zu Strand, Promenade und Zentrum von Rabac. Besser geht es nicht, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
