Cancellation policy
Cancellation fees for travel restrictions by Covid 19.
- Until one month before arrival: Cancelation or changing the date without any costs is possible.
- 30 days before arrival: Changing travel date without any costs is possible. The agreed rental fee has to be paid.
- One week or less before arrival: No changes without any costs
In the event of cancelling the contract the tenant agrees to pay the following cancellation fees:
- If the tenant cancels this agreement more than sixty-one days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 25 % of the agreed rental fee.
- If the tenant cancels this agreement less than sixty, but more than 31 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 50 % of the agreed rental fee.
- For a cancellation of this agreement less than thirty, the tenant pays the agreed rental fee.

Other recreational opportunities
The water is warm enough to swim in by April and sun-worshippers have the beaches to themselves. By the end of May, the countryside is a riot of colour and the conditions are ideal for to go cycling, walking or play golf. The fine sandy beaches of Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollença, Formentor and the bay of Alcudia are easy to reach by car. They are perfect for a swim, kayaking, sailing, surfing, kitesurfing or diving.
Holiday destination
Pollença is an ideal base from which to explore the diverse island of Majorca and attracts walkers, wildlife enthusiasts and cyclists. Pollença golf club is only two kilometres away. There are excellent beaches throughout the island, and the beaches of San Vicente and Puerto Pollença are only a ten-minute drive from the town. The Sunday market attracts both locals and holidaymakers with its amazing fruit, food and flower stalls.
Getting there
Pollença is only around 60 kilometres from the airport. With a Rental car, you can arrive in Pollença around two hours after the flight touches down. No extra charge for late arrivals. You will get directions and will be welcomed at the house.

We had an amazing week staying at Martina's villa.The villa itself is in a perfect location and is only a few minutes walk to the main square which has all of the bars, shops and restaurants. It has it's own off-street parking which is quite rare in the centre of Pollenca and easily fits two cars.The villa was spotlessly clean and has everything you need for your stay.The pool area was amazing with lots of space and a large pool which entertained the kids and adults for the full week.Thanks for letting us stay Martina, we will look to return very soon!

Great week in Pollensa. Location of Villa is brilliant just a short 3 minute walk into the main square. Finding it in the dark was a bit difficult but once we realised it was the end drive on the road we were ok! Maria was very helpful with a couple of small issues. Unfortunately there were unseasonably lots of mosquitoes and we did get very bitten! All in all the Villa was great and in a great location
