Also noteworthy is the Rursee shipping. Cross-country ski trails and toboggan runs are easily accessible. - The Eifel National Park with the special flora and fauna of the Eifel landscape - The imperial city of Aachen with cathedral and historic old town as well as CHIO and Christmas market - Varied sauna facilities and thermal landscapes (both directly in Roetgen and in Aachen) - In the nearby Hürtgenwald there are numerous Montainbike downhills. - A climbing park or high ropes course, in which young and old can prove their climbing skills The neighboring countries of Belgium and Holland can be reached within a few minutes by car and offer a variety of recreational opportunities.

Getting there
Coming from the A44 Köln / Dusseldorf take the exit Lichtenbusch and turn left towards Monschau. After about 10 km at the end of the road towards Roetgen / Monschau turn right. Shortly after entering Roetgen turn left into Rosentalstrasse before the petrol station. After approx. 400 m, take the second road on the left (Rommelweg). After approx. 350 m you will find our apartment on the Eifelsteig (house number 39a) on the left.

Die Ferienwohnung ist modern und komplett eingerichtet und hat einen separaten Eingang. Die Vermieterin ist nett. Einfach toll.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen, bei der Ankunft ist man ersteinmal von dem ´´Bauwerk´´ beeindruckt und trotzdem fügt es sich super in die Landschaft ein, ohne aufdringlich zu wirken. Im inneren der Fewo geht es weiter. Frau Speitkamp hat alles mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man in einer Küche benötigt und noch vieles mehr. Frau Speitkamp selbst ist sehr, sehr hilfsbereit, das geht von einem Anruf für eine Tischbestellung im Restaurant , bis hinzu Tips für Ausflüge - Rursee mit Bootsfahrt, Aachen, Monschau und sogar Einkaufzentren. Es war für uns eine sehr schöne Woche, vielen Dank Frau Speitkamp. Regine Martens + Norbert Wagner
