This exceptionally open-plan and well-equipped Andalusian-style chalet with a chic pool is centrally located in the village of El Colorado; restaurants, supermarkets and a pharmacy can be reached on foot in a few minutes, and the sandy beaches are 10 minutes away by car. The house is spacious and open plan with over 90m² of living space. The large kitchen with adjoining dining area forms a spacious unit together with the living room. The house is very bright due to the large windows facing south and the entrance door that connects the living room with the large terrace and the pool area. The 2nd bathroom is located outside the house not far from the pool.

The beaches of Conil can be reached within 10 minutes by car, the long sandy beach of La Barrosa in 7 minutes. In the historic old town of Conil, one of the famous white villages of Andalusia, there are countless tapas bars, restaurants, and shops in narrow winding streets and palm-lined Andalusian squares. It is a wonderful place to stroll around, to spend the hot hours of the siesta in a shady spot with a cool drink or to enjoy a typical fish dish in the warm summer nights.
